2. Produse
Oferim produse fizice precum cărți, brelocuri, accesorii și tricouri, precum și bunuri digitale, inclusiv licențe de fonturi și aplicații personalizate compatibile cu software-uri terțe.
3. Comenzi și Plată
- Toate prețurile sunt exprimate în EUR și includ taxele aplicabile.
- Plata poate fi efectuată prin card de credit, PayPal sau alte metode specificate.
- Comenzile vor fi confirmate prin email.
4. Livrare și Expediere
- Livrăm la nivel mondial din România.
- Costurile de livrare și timpii de expediere variază în funcție de locație și vor fi calculate la finalizarea comenzii.
- Taxele vamale și impozitele pentru comenzile internaționale sunt responsabilitatea clientului.
5. Retururi și Rambursări
- Produse fizice: Retururile sunt acceptate în termen de 14 zile de la primire. Produsele trebuie să fie în condiții originale. Rambursările vor fi procesate în termen de 14 zile de la primirea produsului returnat.
- Produse digitale: Nu sunt rambursabile odată descărcate sau accesate.

6. Proprietate Intelectuală
- Toate conținuturile de pe www.colorblind.ro, inclusiv textele, graficele, logo-urile și imaginile, sunt proprietatea Colorblind Studio sau a furnizorilor săi de conținut și sunt protejate de legile internaționale privind drepturile de autor.
- Nu puteți utiliza, reproduce sau distribui niciun conținut fără permisiunea noastră scrisă.
7. Utilizarea Bunurilor Digitale
- Bunurile digitale, precum licențele de fonturi și aplicațiile personalizate, sunt supuse unor termeni specifici de utilizare furnizați la momentul achiziției.
- Utilizarea, reproducerea sau distribuția neautorizată sunt interzise.
8. Limitarea Răspunderii
- Colorblind Studio nu este responsabil pentru daune indirecte, incidentale sau consecvente care decurg din utilizarea site-ului nostru sau a produselor noastre.
- Răspunderea noastră este limitată la suma plătită pentru produs.
